WASHINGTON STATE USDA ZERO DOWN HOME LOAN 

Welcome I will not be able to cover everything about the USDA Zero down home loan program here but I will explain the basics. As you begin your research process, if you have any questions, our team is available to answer those questions and get you the information that you need.  I have put together quite a bit of information and links to try to help you gather all of the information that you need pertaining to the Washington State USDA Rural Development Home Loan Program. If for some reason the home you are looking for is NOT located in a USDA approved region, there are other ZERO down alternatives that you may consider.  Such as Washington States First Time Buyers Program, which I would be more than happy to provide you more information too.


Some Details About the USDA Home Loan Program in Washington State

- Zero Down, no down payment required
- Low monthly private mortgage insurance (PMI)
(This changed in 2011 before it was zero but the cost is minimal!)- Very competitive 30-year fixed rates- 640 minimum credit score required 

- Up to 6% seller contribution
- Can use to finance a REO or short sale
- Can use to buy new construction

There is two main criteria as to whether you qualify, they are:
(1) Eligibility is region or location specific. Click here to see if address is USDA eligible.
(2) Eligibility is income specific. Qualifying income is based on household members and a

This is the basics, the links above have quite a bit more information than just the steps above.
